The project required detailed design expertise, securing necessary approvals from the Local Planning Authority and the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust. We delivered a range of services from design development to the final stages of construction.
Under the strict guidelines of the Conservation Area and building regulations, we expertly designed a loft bedroom with an ensuite shower room, ensuring it remained inconspicuous from the outside, blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
Operating in a notable conservation area, we maintained essential communication with the conservation officer during key phases. Our role included preparing a detailed scope of works, cost consultancy, quantity surveying for the tendering process, alongside managing tender negotiations and contract administration. We successfully achieved completion of this project both on time and on budget.
