The client purchased this property unfinished from the developer and wanted us to complete the interior design and fitting out. Our services included interior remodelling, bespoke furniture design, lighting design, FF&E sourcing, contract administration and photography at completion. 

 

We utilised the excessive void space around the stairs to create additional storage area. Worked with the furniture makers to create bespoke items to achieve clean and contemporary details. We selected the building contractor very early on and were able to execute the entire project from start to handover in less than 5 months.
